With a shared passion for excellence and innovation, they created NOW Collective to deliver high-quality, functional and stylish dance wear tailored to the unique needs of dancers worldwide.
MEET Stephanie
Stephanie Noori is a visionary entrepreneur, accomplished dancer, and industry leader. With a career spanning professional dance and choreography nationwide, she identified a gap in elite-level dance team competitions and founded WCE Dance, now one of the fastest-growing competition companies in the country. Recognizing another need in the industry, she co-launched NOW Collective, a dancewear brand designed specifically for dancers, combining innovation, style, and function. With a deep understanding of both performance and business, Stephanie is dedicated to elevating the dance world through high-quality, purpose-driven apparel.
MEET Scarlett
Scarlett Salter danced for 23 years and earned a BFA in Dance from Marymount Manhattan College, where she built a strong foundation in technique and artistry. After transitioning into her family’s apparel business, she entered digital e-commerce, blending her creative passion with business expertise. Over the past 25 years, Scarlett has gained experience in product development, merchandising, marketing and operations across various industries. Today, she combines her love for dance with her e-commerce expertise at NOW Collective, where creativity, technology and dancewear come together. Scarlett is proud to collaborate with two talented partners to shape the future of dance apparel.
MEET Julia
Julia Cirbo attended the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM) in downtown Los Angeles, earning a degree in Merchandise Marketing. She has extensive experience in the wholesale fashion industry, representing multiple apparel brands. In addition, she has worked in retail management, buying and merchandising, bringing a well-rounded perspective to the fashion business. Now, as one of the Co-Founders of NOW Collective, she continues to merge style and movement, creating innovative apparel for dancers.
