Shipping Policy

NOW Collective partners with UPS to deliver your order. Your package will ship via the best available carrier based on your selected shipping method and destination. At this time, we ship throughout the United States and to Canada.

For orders shipped to Canada: All applicable duties, taxes, and import fees are calculated and collected at checkout. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. International shipping beyond Canada is not yet available.

Most in-stock orders are shipped the same day or the next business day. Please allow +/- 5 days during holiday seasons. Orders typically arrive within 1–9 business days depending on the shipping option selected.
