Q: What is your return policy?

A: You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Please note that final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

A: If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Please don’t send items back without requesting a return first, as they won’t be accepted.

A: Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Q: Can I exchange an item?

A: The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you’d like. Remember, your item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a return.

Q: How will I know if my return has been approved?

A: We’ll email you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically.

Q: When will I receive my refund?

A: If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Q: What if I haven’t received my refund after 15 business days?
