Q: What is your return policy?
A: We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once your return is approved and you receive your USPS/UPS return label, you have 7 days to drop off your package at any USPS/UPS location. Returns shipped within 7 days of receiving your label are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method. Returns shipped after 7 days are eligible for store credit only. Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Q: What items are eligible for return?
A: Items must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Log in to your account and submit a return request through your order history within 14 days of receiving your order. Once approved, you'll receive a USPS/UPS return label by email with packing instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Q: Is there a fee to return my order?
A: Yes, a $7.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. This covers the cost of your prepaid USPS/UPS return label. If your return results in store credit instead of a refund, the $7.95 fee still applies.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
A: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at customerservice@nowcollective.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: We don't offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or item, return your original item following our return guidelines and place a new order. If your return label is dropped off within 7 days of issue, you'll receive a refund to your original payment method to use toward your new purchase. Otherwise, you'll receive store credit.
Q: How will I know if my return is approved?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email with the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: If your return is approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting your item. Please note this is separate from the 7-day shipping deadline — the refund timeline begins once we have your item in hand. Allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Q: What if I haven’t received my refund after 15 business days?
A: If more than 15 business days have passed since we notified you of your approved refund, please contact us at customerservice@nowcollective.com and we'll look into it right away.
