Q: What is your return policy?

A: You have14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

Q: What items are eligible for return?

A: To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • With original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns requested after 14 days from delivery are eligible for store credit only.
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Q: How do I start a return?

A: Email us at customerservice@nowcollective.com to request a return.

If your return is approved, we’ll email you:

  • A return shipping label
  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Please note: Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

A: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there’s an issue, contact us immediately so we can review the situation and make it right.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?

A: We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different size or item:

  1. Return your original item following our return guidelines
  2. Place a new order
  • Returns within 14 days → refunded to the original payment method
  • Returns after 14 days → issued as store credit

All items must meet the same return eligibility requirements listed above.

Q: How will I know if my return is approved?

A: You’ll receive an email once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund or store credit will be processed automatically.

Q: When will I receive my refund?

A: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Q: What if I haven’t received my refund after 15 business days?

A: If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at customerservice@nowcollective.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.
