NOW Collective orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, depending on the shipping option selected and delivery location.

Shipping is available throughout the United States and Canada

International shipping is not offered at this time

Most in-stock orders ship same day or next business day

Please allow up to 5 additional business days during peak holiday seasons
Orders typically arrive within 1–9 business days, depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details from wearnow@nowcollective.com.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following requirements:

Returned within 14 days of delivery

Unworn, unused, and in original condition

Original tags attached and packaging intact

Receipt or proof of purchase required
Returns requested after 14 days are not eligible for a refund and will be issued store credit only.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different size or item is to return your original purchase and place a new order.
