    • NOW Collective orders are shipped using UPS and USPS delivery services.
    • The carrier (UPS or USPS) depends on the selected shipping option and location.
    • International shipping is not offered at this time.
    • Most in-stock orders are shipped the same day or the next business day.
    • Orders typically arrive within 1-9 business days, depending on the shipping option selected.

  • Return Eligibility:

    • Item must be in the same condition as when received.
    • Unworn or unused.
    • Must have tags and be in the original packaging.
    • Receipt or proof of purchase required.
  • Return Process:

    • If your return is accepted:
      • A return shipping label and instructions will be sent to you.
    • Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Damages and Issues:

    • Inspect your order upon reception.
    • Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.
  • Exchanges:

    • The fastest way to get a new item is to return the original item.
    • After return acceptance, make a separate purchase for the new item.
    • Same eligibility requirements apply: unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Refunds:

    • You will be notified once your return is received and inspected.
    • Refund approval will be communicated, and if approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
    • Allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
