- NOW Collective orders are shipped using UPS and USPS delivery services.
- The carrier (UPS or USPS) depends on the selected shipping option and location.
- International shipping is not offered at this time.
- Most in-stock orders are shipped the same day or the next business day.
- Orders typically arrive within 1-9 business days, depending on the shipping option selected.

Return Eligibility:
- Item must be in the same condition as when received.
- Unworn or unused.
- Must have tags and be in the original packaging.
- Receipt or proof of purchase required.

Return Process:
- If your return is accepted:
- A return shipping label and instructions will be sent to you.
- Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
- Inspect your order upon reception.
- Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges:
- The fastest way to get a new item is to return the original item.
- After return acceptance, make a separate purchase for the new item.
- Same eligibility requirements apply: unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:
- You will be notified once your return is received and inspected.
- Refund approval will be communicated, and if approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
