Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return Log in to your account and submit a return request through your order history. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Your Return Label If your return is accepted, we'll send you a USPS/UPS return label by email along with packing instructions. Once you receive your label, you have 7 days to drop off your package at any USPS/UPS location.

  • Dropped off within 7 days of receiving your label → full refund to your original payment method
  • Dropped off after 7 days → store credit only
  • Label not used within 7 days → return request is void; no refund will be issued

If your label expires before use, please contact us — exceptions may be granted at our discretion as store credit only.

Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Note: The 7-day shipping deadline above refers to when you must drop off your return with USPS/UPS. The 10–15 business day refund timeline begins only after we have received and inspected your item.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we notified you of your approved refund, please contact us at customerservice@nowcollective.com.

Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or item, return what you have following our return guidelines above and place a new order. If your label is dropped off within 7 days of issue, you'll receive a refund to your original payment method. Otherwise, you'll receive store credit to use toward your new purchase.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Final Sale Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
